Getting Started:
To begin building your adopting parents profile page, we will need the following information typed and mailed to us (or) emailed with digital photos attached in a JPEG file format:
- A letter to the birth mother
- A page about yourselves
- The likes & dislikes of both adoptive parents
- 3-6 snapshots of your family, other children, pets, etc. – Must be good quality
- Specifics on your adoption – race, gender, open, semi open or closed adoption
To complete your profile, please fill-out and sign the following forms and return with your adoption information:
